HE'S CURRENT ON HIS RABIES VACCINATION AND HE WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR A NEUTER. HE'S NOT NEUTERED YET, BUT HE WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR ONE. THAT IS PART OF THE ADOPTION. WE SUSPECT HE DID COME TO US AS A STRAY, BUT WE SUSPECT HE MAY BE HOUSEBROKEN.
