BUT THE LITTLE CREEK INTERCEPTOR, THIS IS A VERY HUGE PROJECT THAT IS THE MAIN LINE FOR WASTEWATER THAT RUNS THROUGH THE CENTER OF THE CITY. THAT BASICALLY ROUTES ALL OF THE WASTEWATER TO THE WASTEWATER PLANT. SO THE TWO BIG PROJECTS ARE THE LITTLE CREEK INTERCEPTOR AND THE HEADWORKS AND EC BASIN THAT ARE BEING UPGRADED.
