Item 10d -Consideration and possible action to approve the preliminary construction plans and final plat with conditions of the proposed Kingswood Subdivision, bearing a legal description of 9.815 acres out of Lot 17 , Cunningham's Subdivision, located on the Southside of Primera Road, approximately 515.48 feet west of Southbound Frontage Road of Expressway 77 . Applicant: Melden & Hunt c/o Prisma Development, LLC.

Item 10g - Consideration and possible action to approve a resolution in support of legislative action to amend the Texas Transportation Code to expand and enhance overweight corridor designations for improved freight mobility between ports of entry in Cameron and Hidalgo Counties.
