Item 10b - Consideration and possible action to adopt an ordinance on first reading for the voluntary annexation of a 7.9-acre tract of land out of Lot 16, Cunningham's Subdivision, located along the south side of Primera Road approximately 1,100 feet west of I-69E (US Expressway 77). Item 10c - Consideration and possible action to adopt an ordinance on second and fin al reading amending the City of Harlingen Code of Ordinances Chapter 111 , Zoning , Article VI , Section 111-140 Off-Street Parking ; by amending the dimensions of the Off-Street Parking Spaces; Article XXI , Section 111-582 Appendix B Parking Aisle Width Chart, by amending the length and maneuvering space of the parking spaces; Article X, Sign Regulations, Section 111-277(c) Lighting , and Section 111-277(d} Additional Sign Regulations for Billboards, by removing any reference to sign permits for animated signs only being issued for the conversation of existing signs to the said animated sign. Item 10d - Consideration and possible action to approve the One-Year Action Plan (Budget) for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 (Year 50) of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and the Home Investment Partnership (HOME) Programs as recommended by the Community Development Advisory Board.
