Item 10a - Consideration and possible action to adopt an ordinance on first reading for a rezoning request from Residential, Single Family (" R-1") District to Residential, Duplex (" R-2 ") District for a property located at 202 E. Filmore Avenue, bearing a legal description of Lot 1, Block 126, Harlingen Original Townsite Subdivision. Applicant: Jesus P. Garza.
Item 10b - Consideration and possible action to approve an ordinance on first reading amending the Harlingen Code of Ordinances , Chapter 18 , Master Fee schedule, Chapter 6, add fees for vaccines, tests and medication for domestic dogs and cats provided by the City of Harlingen Animal Shelter.
Item 10c - Consideration and possible action to approve an extension to the contract between the City of Harlingen and Dr. Robert Kellogg , DVM to continue providing services to the Harlingen Animal Shelter as needed.
Item 10d - Consideration and possible action to approve a resolution authorizing the City Manager to submit a 50/50 grant application to the Department of Justice to equip peace officers with bulletproof vests (City's match - $17, 019 and Dept of Justice's - match $17 ,019) totaling $34,039.00
