(Special Projects Department). b) Consideration and possible action to approve an ordinance on second and final reading amending Harlingen Code of Ordinances, Chapter 18, Master Fee Schedule Exhibit "A", establishing a storage fee for the HEB Tennis Center. Attachment (Parks & Recreation) c) Consideration and possible action to authorize the City Manager, on behalf of the City of Harlingen Police Department, to accept a generous donation of a K-9 Explosive Detection Dog valued at approximately $8,500.00. Attachment (Police) d) Consideration and possible action to install a speed hump on the following roads: (This item was requested by Mayor Pro-Tem Rene Perez and Commissioner Ford Kinsley) 1. Dilworth Road between Business 83 and Garrett Road. e) Consideration and possible action to approve a request for street closures for the 2024 Jackson Street Market Days, first Saturday of each month from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Attachment (Police). Close the North side intersection of Van Buren Avenue I West Street; the alleyway at the 100 Block of South West Street; the East side intersection of Jackson Avenue I "C" Street; the South side intersection of Commerce Street I Monroe Avenue; Place DETOUR sign at Commerce Street I Monroe Avenue to send traffic eastbound onto Monroe Avenue. Close the South side intersection of "B" Street I Monroe Avenue; the South side intersection of the 100 Block of North Commerce Street and the alleyway; the North side intersection of the 100 Block of South Commerce Street and the alleyway; the North side intersection of Commerce Street I Van Buren Avenue; Place DETOUR sign at Commerce Street I Van Buren Avenue to send traffic eastbound onto Van Buren Avenue; Close the North and South side intersections of Jackson Avenue I "A", "1st" "2nd", and "3rd",Streets; the West side intersection of Jackson Avenue I 4th Street. The North Commerce vehicular southbound traffic will be re-routed eastbound onto Monroe Avenue and the South Commerce vehicular northbound traffic will be re-routed eastbound onto Van Buren Ave. f) Consideration and possible action to approve a request to close Tennessee Street for the UTRGV 5K Color-Fun Run Event, Saturday, February 10, 2024, from 8:30a.m. to 11:00 a.m. beginning at the UTRGV Clinical Education Building. Attachment (Police). g) Consideration and possible action to approve a request for street closures for the 33rd Annual Jalapeno 100 Bike Ride Event, Saturday, February 24, 2024, from 5:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. beginning and ending at the Boys and Girls Club located at 1209 West Washington Avenue. North "J" Street I Washington Ave., Westside of the intersection. North "K" Street I Washington Ave., Southside of the intersection, North "L" I Adams Ave., Eastside of the intersection.
